Earnings-wise, 2016 was the strongest year in our history, and it is now clear that the first half of 2017 has started on an even stronger note. A strong commercial focus, positive effects from a large of new and good lets as well as the acquisitions that we made in the spring have improved our property management income, paving the way for further growth.

Property management income increased by 50 per cent. A larger property portfolio, an organisation that is delivering and a reduced net financial expense will raise our earnings and cash flow to the next level.

Diös Fastigheter reported its strongest result to date and major new acquisitions creates new opportunities. The Board proposes a 26 per cent increase in the dividend.

Our key ratios have improved and our targets for the year are within reach. The occupancy rate for the period is 89.6 per cent and the surplus ratio 61.6 per cent. All financial key ratios are moving in the right direction.

Diös Fastigheter reported an improved result from property management and stronger key ratios. The surplus ratio increased by 1.6 per cent units and the occupancy ratio increased by 1.0 per cent units compared to the corresponding period last year.

Our property management income for the first quarter was up by 18 per cent compared to corresponing period last year and the property portfolio is developing according to our strategy.

We are reporting our highest property management income to date, up 21 per cent and we continue to deliver in line with our strategy. Long-term net asset value increased 9 per cent to SEK 63 per share and the Board proposes dividend yield corresponding to 4.7 per cent.

Diös Fastigheter reports one of its strongest property management results to date, with income from property management of SEK 383 million (323).
