    Diös expands its commercial paper programme

    Diös has expanded the maximum size of its commercial paper programme from SEK 2,000 million to SEK 3,500 million and added Danske Bank as a Dealer.

    Diös acquires a commercial property in central Falun

    Diös has purchased a commercial property on Holmgatan in the very centre of Falun. The objective of the acquisition is to complement existing properties in the portfolio and further strengthen the company’s presence in the city centre. In total, the value of the property amounts to SEK 97 million and the total lettable area encompasses some 5,500 square metres. The seller is Hemgården Fastighetsaktiebolag and transfer of ownership will take place on 29 November 2019.

    Our property management income increased by 8 per cent and our investment volume has continued to rise. Net leasing was strong, totalling SEK 18 million in the third quarter and SEK 31 million for the period.     Diös issues green commercial paper under the newly established green financing framework

    Diös has issued its first green commercial papers to a volume of SEK 300 million and with a maturity of four months. The commercial papers were issued under the newly established green financing framework where the proceeds go to sustainable urban development.

    Diös acquires two commercial properties in central Skellefteå

    Dios is purchasing two commercial properties in a strategic central location on the pedestrian street in Skellefteå. The objective of the acquisition is to complement existing properties in the portfolio and strengthen the company’s presence in the central districts of the town. The total value of the property amounts to SEK 53 million and the total lettable area encompasses some 4,000 square metres. The seller is HSB Norr Fastigheter AB and transfer of ownership will take place on 1 October 2019.

    Diös acquires property in central Östersund

    Diös has purchased a property on Prästgatan in central Östersund. The property will be a complement to Diös’ current portfolio in the neighbourhood and part of the company’s continued strategy of urban development. The total value of the property amounts to approximately SEK 28 million and the total lettable area encompasses some 2 400 square metres. The seller is Fastighets AB Regio and transfer of ownership will take place on March 4, 2019.

    Diös Fastigheter’s Year-end Report 2018

    This year’s result is good! Profitable investments and a more clear-cut position will enable us to continue to grow. Our property management income was up by 9 per cent to SEK 894 million, mainly on increased revenue, improved efficiency and reduced interest expenses. The Board proposes a dividend of SEK 3.00 per share.

    Diös acquires properties in Gävle, Borlänge and Mora

    Diös is acquiring three properties in Gävle, Borlänge and Mora city centres. Each property will be a complement to Diös’ current portfolio and part of the company’s Urban Development strategy. The total value of the properties amounts to SEK 282 million and the total lettable area encompasses some 21 000 square metres. One of the properties is “Centralpalatset”, which is located in front of Gävle Central Station. The seller is Provinsfastigheter and transfer of ownership will take place on February 15, 2019.

    Diös acquires three properties in Östersund

    Diös acquires three properties near the travel center in Östersund. The total value amounts to approx. SEK 90m and the built-up properties comprise 12,000 square meters. One of the properties consists of building rights only. Sellers are Frösö Park and change of possession takes place in mid-November 2018.

    Our property management income grew by 7 per cent and our loan-to-value ratio improved, and now stands at 54.6 per cent. As part of our urban development strategy, we have adopted the ambition to obtain environmental certification for all our properties.

    Diös sells property in Malung

    Diös Fastigheter sells one commercial property in Malung, with a total area of 3,000 square meters. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 16,4 million and correlates to Diös’s most recent valuation. The purchaser is Tre Kronor Property Investment AB. The transfer of ownership will take place in the third quarter of 2018.

    Diös and NP3 announce real estate transaction in Gävle

    Diös and NP3 will carry out an exchange-of-properties transaction in Gävle. Through the transaction, the companies aim to further strengthen their market presence in their respective geographic focus areas. Diös is buying five centrally-located public services properties from NP3, and NP3 is buying 13 industrial and building trade properties from Diös. The transfer of ownership will take place on 3 September 2018.

    Our property management income continues to improve on the back of increased rental income and efficient property management. Economic occupancy for the period was 91 per cent and the loan-to-value ratio improved to 55.8 per cent. Property value exceeds SEK 20 billion.

    Diös to rent out premises for Internationella Engelska Skolan in Luleå

    Internationella Engelska Skolan (International English Schools) has just announced that it is to open a school in “Södra Hamn” in central Luleå. Property owner, Diös, will start reconstructing the premises in August to be ready for the school to move in ahead of the autumn term in 2019. The school will occupy four floors of a building located in the “Stören” neighbourhood. In addition to the class rooms there will be a modern sports hall and a playground.

    Diös acquires a property in central Umeå

    Diös is to acquire a commercial property on Vasagatan 12 in central Umeå, and thereby expands its existing portfolio in the Vale neighbourhood. The seller is Balticgruppen, and the underlying property value amounts to SEK 70 million. The change of possession is today, 28 June 2018.

    Diös and Nordic Choice Hotels to build a hotel in central Umeå

    Diös has signed a letter of intent with Nordic Choice Hotels to build a Clarion hotel in a primary location in central Umeå. The hotel will be built in the Magne neighbourhood at Storgatan 38 and will create an entirely new meeting place in the city centre. The hotel project is designed by the architects Krook and Tjäder, who have previously designed several hotels for Nordic Choice Hotels.
