    Diös sells a commercial property located ten kilometres outside of Falun. The buyer is Landstinget Dalarna and the purchase price amount to SEK 49 million. The change of possession will take place in the latter part of 2018 as the current tenant, Distansapoteket, vacates.

    Diös acquires another commercial property in the central part of Skellefteå

    Earlier this week Diös communicated about a property acquisition in Skellefteå. Today it became official that another commercial central located acquistion in Skellefteå has been made. The property is located in Vintergatan shopping center and complements Diös' existing properties in the same block. The underlying property value of the acquisition amount to SEK 34 million and the change of possession will be January 15 2018. The seller is Svenska Handelsfastigheter.

    Diös Fastigheter acquires a central located commercial property in Skellefteå

    Diös acquires a central located commercial property in Skellefteå which complements the existing properties in the block of Polaris. The seller is Nordvestor Fastigheter and the underlying property value of the acquisition amount to SEK 36,5 million. The change of possession will be February 1st 2018.

    Diös has today issued commercial papers of SEK 600 million with maturities of 3, 4, 6 and 12 months. The newly establish programme has a maximum size of SEK 2,000 million.

    Diös Fastigheter establishes a commercial paper programme

    Diös has established a commercial paper programme with maximum size of SEK 2,000 million. An investor presentation will be held on Nov 30th and the first issue is expected on Dec 1st. The time to maturity for the commercial papers is maximum of 364 days.

    Diös has increased its financing via Svensk Fastighetsfinansiering AB (SFF) through a bond issue of SEK 191 million maturing 2019-09-25.

    Diös continues to report strong earnings. Cash flow has increased as a result of a high level of activity in lettings. This has led to higher revenues, which creates growth and ensures a continued high dividend yield for our shareholders.

    Diös wins EPRA Gold Most Improved sBPR Award 2017

    Diös has won EPRA Gold Most Improved sBPR Award 2017 for its sustainability reporting following EPRAs Best Practice Recommendation on Sustainability Reporting. The award was announced yesterday at the EPRA 2017 conference, which this year took place in London.

    Diös sells commercial property in Söderhamn

    Diös Fastigheter sells four commercial properties in Söderhamn, with a total area of 10 000 square meters. This corresponds to Diös’ entire property stock of the city. The underlying property value of the sale is SEK 51 million, which is in line with Diös' most recent valuation.  The buyer is Helsinge Hus and the change of possession will be September 1st 2017.

    Diös Fastigheter acquires a central located commercial property in Umeå. The underlying property value of the acquisition amount to SEK 200 million. Parallel to the acquisition, Diös sells four industry properties, with the underlying property value of SEK 65 million, to Dcap AB. The change of possession will be August 15th.

    Diös Fastigheter acquires two central located properties in Sundsvall and sells three industry properties in Birsta Sundsvall. The underlying property value of the acquisition amount to SEK 43 million and for the sale SEK 33 million. Change of possession will be on 1 September.

    Diös Fastigheter in Real Estate Transaction with Lerstenen in Umeå

    Diös Fastigheter acquires two central located commercial properties with an area of 6 500 square meters and sells two residential properties with an area of 6 500 square meters in a real estate transaction with Lerstenen. The underlying property value of the acquisition amount to SEK 110 million and for the sale SEK 90 million. Change of possession will be on 1 October.

    Diös has today taken over possession of 32 properties in Umeå, Luleå and Sundsvall to the value of SEK 4.5 billion

    On November 21, 2016 Diös signed an agreement to acquire 32 properties from Castellum. The transaction was completed today and Diös has now taken over possession of the properties. The acquisition increases the total property value of approximately 34 percent and will after the transaction amount to around SEK 18 billion.

    Final result of Diös’s rights issue

    The final result of Diös’s rights issue, for which the subscription period ended on 23 January 2017, shows that 59,629,748 shares, corresponding to approximately 99.7 per cent of the shares offered, were subscribed for by the exercise of subscription rights. The remaining 153,556 shares, corresponding to approximately 0.3 per cent of the shares offered in the rights issue have been allotted to persons who have subscribed for shares without subscription rights. Through the rights issue, Diös receives proceeds amounting to approximately SEK 1,853 million before transaction costs.

    Diös’s rights issue fully subscribed

    The preliminary result of Diös’s rights issue, for which the subscription period ended on 23 January 2017, indicates that 59,601,660 shares, corresponding to approximately 99.7 per cent of the shares offered, were subscribed for by the exercise of subscription rights. Additionally, applications for subscription without subscription rights of 21,487,122 shares, corresponding to approximately 35.9 per cent of the shares offered, have been received. Thus, the rights issue is fully subscribed and Diös will receive proceeds amounting to approximately SEK 1,853 million before transaction costs.
