    Diös Fastigheter’s Interim Report Jan-Jun 2020

    After a, to say at least, tumultuous spring with a focus on decisiveness, proactivity and engaging in close dialogue with our tenants, Diös today reports a good outcome for the period. Our surplus ratio increased to 65 per cent while the property management income decreases by 2 per cent, which is mainly driven by temporary rent discounts. The discounts amount to SEK -24 million, net, and are linked to the Swedish government’s rent support scheme. Unrealised changes in the value of properties are mainly affected by changes in inflation assumptions.

    Diös announces changes to Executive management team

    Lars-Göran Dahl, Director of Property Management and Transactions will leave the company after the summer. Sofie Stark, the current Business Area Manager for Sundsvall will be recruited internally as Director of Property Management, and Mats Eriksson’s current role as Director of Projects will be expanded to include responsibility for Business Development. Both of them will join the Diös Executive management team. This change will become effective during the month of August.

    Invitation to the Annual General Meeting of Diös Fastigheter AB (publ)

    The shareholders of Diös Fastigheter AB (publ), Corp. id: 556501-1771, are invited to attend the ordinary Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held on Tuesday 16 June 2020 at 13.00. In the light of the risk of spreading the corona virus and the authorities' regulations on the avoidance of large gatherings, the Board of Directors has decided that the AGM shall be conducted so that shareholders can exercise their voting rights as far as possible by postal vote or by proxy.

    Proposal for Diös AGM 2020

    The Board of Directors of Diös revises its previous proposal for a dividend and proposes to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2020 to resolve on a dividend of SEK 1.65 per share. The consequences of the Coronavirus pandemic are currently not foreseeable, why the Board is announcing a new dividend proposal to create greater flexibility.

    Diös Fastigheter’s Interim Report Jan-Mar 2020

    The first quarter of the year has been very strong. Net leasing amounts to SEK 31 million, and income from property management increases by 8 percent compared to the same period last year. Given the current pandemic and its consequences, there is no doubt that we are facing the greatest ordeal of our time.

    Diös moves the AGM to June 16, 2020

    Under the prevailing situation and considering the risk of spreading and subsequent financial consequences of the Corona pandemic, Diös Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting 2020, which was to be held on April 2. By making this decision, the company contributes to reducing the risk of further spreading of infection in society and has the opportunity to make a better assessment of the economic effects of the pandemic and thus act in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.

    Share buy-back in Diös Fastigheter AB (publ)

    During the period March 19, 2020 until March 27, 2020, Diös Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Diös) has repurchased in total 441,418 own shares under share buy-back the Board launched with the purpose to adapt its capital requirements and thereby improve shareholder value. The share buy-back program, that Diös announced on March 19, 2020 is carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations.

    Diös launches share buy-back programme

    Diös Fastigheter AB (publ) has today started a share buy-back programme approved by the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on 23 April 2019. The AGM authorised the Board for a period no later than the next AGM to acquire Diös shares. The number of shares repurchased may not exceed such number as would cause the Group’s total holding of treasury shares after the share buybacks to exceed ten (10) per cent of all outstanding shares of the company.

    Diös Fastigheter’s Year-end Report 2019

    Our strong performance continues. Earnings are up, net leasing is strong and the Board proposes an increase in the dividend to SEK 3.30 per share. We are raising our ambition for continued growth and our goal is to increase the income from property management per share by an average of 10 percent per year, over a three-year period.

    Diös Fastigheter’s Year-end Report 2018

    This year’s result is good! Profitable investments and a more clear-cut position will enable us to continue to grow. Our property management income was up by 9 per cent to SEK 894 million, mainly on increased revenue, improved efficiency and reduced interest expenses. The Board proposes a dividend of SEK 3.00 per share.

    Our property management income grew by 7 per cent and our loan-to-value ratio improved, and now stands at 54.6 per cent. As part of our urban development strategy, we have adopted the ambition to obtain environmental certification for all our properties.

    Our property management income continues to improve on the back of increased rental income and efficient property management. Economic occupancy for the period was 91 per cent and the loan-to-value ratio improved to 55.8 per cent. Property value exceeds SEK 20 billion.
