Diös and NP3 announce real estate transaction in Gävle
The five public services properties that Diös will acquire comprise a total lettable area of 17,000 sq.m, and the largest of these properties is a redevelopment project close to Alderholmen that will include new offices for Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration). The transfer of ownership for that property will take place during the first quarter of 2019. Other tenants include Migrationsverket (Swedish Migration Agency) and two independent schools. The value of the properties amounts to SEK 300 million.
The total lettable area of the 13 industrial properties that NP3 will acquire is approximately 80,000 sq.m in the Näringen and Sörby Urfjäll areas. The largest tenants are Ahlsells, Trelleborg and Swedol. The value of the properties amounts to SEK 345 million, which correlates with Diös’ most recent valuation.
The transactions will take place as company transactions and the result will be reported in the third quarter of 2018.

Glimstedt law firm has acted as legal advisers to Diös. NP3 has used Newsec as its transaction adviser and and Falkenborn law firm as its legal advisers.
