Rental income increase was 28 per cent and totals SEK 1,700 million (1,323)
Property management income was SEK 822 million (539)
Unrealized changes in property values amounted to SEK 402 million (337) and for derivatives to SEK 27 million (91)
Profit after tax was SEK 1,029 million (832)
Earnings per share were SEK 7.78 (8.66)*
The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 2.90 per share (2.00), to be evenly distributed on two occasions.
