Diös announces changes to Executive management team
Diös is one of Sweden’s largest property companies with a portfolio of centrally located properties in ten growth cities. During recent years, the company has developed into a property company focused on both commercial property management and new construction via projects. The company is now taking its next step, expanding the Executive management team with the addition of Sofie Stark and Mats Eriksson, which further strengthens its focus on urban development.
Lars-Göran Dahl will become the new Property Director at Skistar.
“First of all, I would like to congratulate Skistar on their recruitment of Lars-Göran. He has been important to the success of Diös. I also warmly welcome Sofie Stark and Mats Eriksson to the Executive management team. I look forward to working with them and I’m confident we can take the company to the next level together. We believe that strong leadership is a critical success factor, both in these exceptional circumstances with the global pandemic and generally as a central theme for future development. I am convinced that this will make Diös even stronger,” says Knut Rost, CEO of Diös.
In conjunction with these changes, Annie Franzon will take on the role of Transactions Manager and will report directly to CEO Knut Rost, and Bengt Eveby will take on the role of Business Development Manager, with responsibility for the central sales team, and will report to Director of Projects Mats Eriksson.
